It is always an honor to create a meaniful tribute that showcases the love of our mothers. To participate in the video tribute please upload a picture to be included by May 4th. If no picture is received the memorial will have name only. In addition if you wish to have flowers at the alter in memory of your Mother please indicate and submit your $10 for the flowers to the office by May 4th.
